The Ready Law Firm, P.L.L.C. is a personal injury law firm focusing on motor vehicle accidents and workers' compensation cases. Having practiced personal injury law for more than 13 years in the State of Mississippi, Apryl Lee Ready knows how an injury can have a negative impact on every aspect of your life. Apryl acquired a special compassion for injury victims because she experienced first hand, the devastating loss of a family member due to a motor vehicle accident. Background: 

Raised on a commercial chicken farm just outside Wiggins, Miss., Apryl Lee Ready, is no stranger to hard work. While she has great respect for farmers, she knew at an early age that farming was not for her and that education was the key to achieving her goal of becoming an attorney and owning her own business. After obtaining degrees from Mississippi State University and Mississippi College School of Law, it didn't take her long to learn that she was not cut out to be a corporate lawyer. Instead, she realized that what made her happy was helping injured people as they battle the insurance giants for the benefits they deserve. Apryl practiced law in  South Mississippi with a firm for nine years before establishing her own practice, The Ready Law Firm, P.L.L.C., in 2007.
Married to Maj. Sean Cross, a full-time Air Force Reserve pilot, Apryl has a special appreciation for military families and the sacrifices that are called of them. Major Cross has a unique military mission in that he flies for the 53rd Weather Reconnaissance Squadron, otherwise known as "The World Famous Hurricane Hunters." There is rarely a dull moment for the Ready-Cross family during hurricane season as Sean flies the WC-130J aircraft through storm after storm approaching our coastlines. Apryl and Sean created their own "little hurricane" when 2-year old Cooper Cross arrived in 2009. You can see the Ready-Cross family in action this spring on The Weather Channel's new documentary called "Hurricane Hunters."
